I. Birth Background: Parent Company's Technical Accumulation (2012-2020)

The establishment of Beijing Anrate stems from the long-term technical accumulation and strategic layout of its parent company, Tonghua Anrate Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.:

2012: Shanghai Anrate Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the national "12th Five-Year Plan" Major New Drug Creation Project, launching the research and development of recombinant human albumin technology.

August 7, 2014: Shanghai Anrate jointly established Tonghua Anrate Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with Dongbao Industrial Group, focusing on the industrialization and development of recombinant human albumin injection, a national Class I new drug.

2017-2018: Tonghua Anrate completed the pre-clinical research of recombinant human albumin injection, built the world’s first 100-kiloliter fermentation and purification CMC production line, and obtained the Drug Production License.
